Seeking a Client Consultant who is self-motivated, assertive, and enjoys working with a team

 

Base Salary with uncapped performance based incentives - auto

mileage reimbursement - medical, vision, dental insurance - 401k

  • Provide exceptional customer service while assisting our clients, prospects, vendors, community organizations, and fellow team members
  • Build and maintain a strong sales team
  • Work with and support other department team members
  • Drive healthy net new revenue while maintaining existing contracts
  • Consistently meet or exceed company targets and goals
  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing professional networks
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Set and manage multiple competing priorities while guiding others
  • Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Support and uphold all company policies and procedures with a positive attitude
  • Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendation for implementation

A successful candidate: will possess a professional and enthusiastic attitude and exceptional customer service skills. This position requires a high degree of comfort operating computers, excellent time management, and great attention to detail.

 

A bachelor's degree and/or previous experience in a sales position preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Occasionally, some heavy lifting may be required.

Client Consultant:

Seeking a Client Consultant who is self-motivated, assertive, and enjoys working with a team

 

Base Salary with generous commissions - performance based incentives - auto

mileage reimbursement - medical, vision, dental insurance - 401k

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting our clients

 

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities

 

• Consistently attains sales and activity quotas

 

• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the client needs

 

• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and forecast reports

 

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

 

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

 

• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

 

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

• Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including computer input and answering the telephone
